The bed made up for it

Our stay was characterized by a surprisingly comfy bed, letting us get great rest even amid the chaos.

Unfortunately, the staff were unhelpful, and our request for clean bedding took far too long to be addressed.

The hotel was newly renovated, I enjoyed it, especially swimming pool view. The room was well cleaned with exceptionally comfortable beds, amazingly nice staff. The property had indeed a marvellous location on where to find a good Mexican restaurant.

Didn't like the area, it was weird.

Loved our 6-nights stay. Well cleaned room with a kitchenette, the stuff was understanding. There where variety of restaurants and fantastic restaurants to choose from.

Save your time

I was really disappointed with my stay. The bathroom was tiny, and housekeeping was unreliable. It seemed the staff had a lack of care, as they didn't service our room at all . For the price, I expected much more than this lackluster experience.

Loved my good stay on vacation. The staff were best, excellent and perfect location on where to find a good Mexican restaurant. Went to Joe's Crab Shack for drink or two, set relatively close to the hotel👌

The breakfast was pretty solid, like they had a good variety and it was nice to see a helpful guy keeping everything stocked. The pool area was well-maintained, and I really appreciated how clean it was, especially when traveling with kids.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly felt it was worth the price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for our friends and family.

We did not like the fact that the lady next to us was verbally and physically abusive to a child and the front desk contact the police. We did not like the fact that some of the guest when opening the door smelled of pot. This was by the pool area where the children in our group was playing.

The room didn't have a pull out sofa as described online so we had to squeeze 3 to a bed. For the price paid I expected it to be a little better. The free breakfast was horrible and only offered cereal (with warm milk) and toast. The pool was dirty, and I mean DIRTY...we stayed here for my daughters 13th birthday, hoping to be able to enjoy our weekend away and I will say we were disappointed and will NOT BE staying here again. For $260 I will definitely find a better hotel.

The condition of the room was disappointing overall, highlighted by mud stains in the tub and a lingering cigarette smell in what was claimed to be a non-smoking room. The breakfast selection missed the mark with an abundance of carbs but a lack of protein options. Not to mention, a non-functional showerhead really put a damper on the experience.

I had a pleasant stay with a clean bathroom and a nice pool area. Although the breakfast was just okay, the variety was decent enough. I'd return for sure despite minor disappointments.

The pool area looked well cared for. Refrigerator in the room didn't work at first. Decent value for a quick stay.

The location was unbeatable - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. Standard room with a kitchenette was the best.

Could improve on most everything. Day staff is a day laborer in a suit.
